Uzbekistan aims to increase water use efficiency by 25% over five years — president

Uzbekistan launched major projects to save 15 billion cubic metres of water by increasing water use efficiency by 25% over the next five years, the president said. He proposed the establishment of a regional centre for the introduction of water-saving technologies in cooperation with the AIIB.
